Dan Willey joined Hecla in June 2023 as Vice President of Information Technology. Prior to joining Hecla, Mr. Willey was the Chief Information Officer at Wilbur-Ellis Co. from 2011-2023, and PMO Director from 2008-2011. He began his career with Kaiser Aluminum Co. as a Systems Analyst and has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of information systems, including developing pragmatic IT strategies, systems development, and IT governance. Mr. Willey’s education includes a degree in Management Information Systems from Eastern Washington University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
