Charles B. Stanley
Charles B. Stanley was named by the Hecla Board of Directors to serve as Lead Independent Director effective May 23, 2024. He was elected a director of the Company in May 2007. Mr. Stanley was the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of QEP Resources, Inc. from May 2010 until his retirement in January 2019. Mr. Stanley was also Chairman of QEP’s board of directors from May 2012 until his retirement in January 2019. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Questar Corporation from March 2008 to June 2010 and also as its Executive Vice President and Director from February 2002 to June 2010.
